After the recent launch of the Airnest app in the iOS App Store, we’re now ready to go public with the technology we believe will kickstart the Drone Software Revolution. The Airnest team will be making an appearance at the Drone World Expo on November 17th & 18th in San Jose, California; an event which promises to be an exciting, defining couple of days for the commercial drone industry.
The Expo will be a huge gathering of thought leaders, drone experts and end users, all looking to learn from one another whilst discovering the very latest industry trends. The Expo takes place right in the heart of Silicon Valley, and all sorts of potential drone applications will be discussed and dissected, from farming to photography to communications and conservation.
We’ll be one of many exhibitors (you’ll find us in booth 417, by the way) along with representatives from across the UAV spectrum, including service providers, pilots, manufacturers and payload specialists. As a pioneering software provider, we’re confident that Airnest will be a big hit with the many attendees at this year’s Expo. Here’s what you can expect from us next week...
As well as exhibiting our app and generally enticing curious drone enthusiasts to our booth, we’re excited to announce that Airnest co-founder Ben Brautigam will be giving a talk on the morning of November 17th. The title of his session will be ‘Redesigning the Flight Experience’, in which he’ll discuss how simplicity and design - two things we like to prioritise at Airnest - can make drone technology more accessible.
The Drone World Expo has been organized to bring together industry experts, enthusiasts and those who stand to benefit from the continued development in aerial technology. It’s going to be an thought-provoking two days full insight and imagination and we can’t wait to play our part. If you’re around, come along and visit us in booth 417!
