Delivery is free in Ile de France. In the provinces, delivery charges may apply depending on your postal code. They are calculated at the order validation stage.
Looking for a new model?
If you want to change your model at the end of your commitment period, simply write to us at hello@airnest.com. Changing models is free of charge.
If you want to change model before the end of your commitment period, an early return fee will apply. This fee corresponds to the difference in rent between the rate of the initial commitment period and the rate of the actual rental duration, so that you always pay the price that matches the real rental duration.
Have you fallen in love with an item you rent?
If you choose a 36-month rental period, you can purchase the item at the end of your commitment by paying 10% of its initial value.

Commitment period
The commitment period is the minimum length of time you commit to renting an item.
What happens at the end of the commitment period?
At the end of the commitment period, you can return your items free of charge at no extra cost.
By default, your lease is extended by tacit renewal for periods of one month.
What happens if you want to return an item before the end of the commitment period?
If you want to return an item before the end of the commitment period, the rental amount is recalculated according to the actual rental period, so that you always pay the price that corresponds to the actual rental period.

In the case of a purchase, the furniture is always new.
When renting, all furniture offered on our site is new or like-new. It is systematically inspected before being rented out and is reconditioned by professional craftsmen when necessary. Some traces may remain (paint chips, micro-scratches), but they are difficult to see with the naked eye.
If you're interested in permanently purchasing a rental item, please email hello@airnest.com. We'll make you an offer that takes into account the age of your model and any rental payments you've already made.
Unless otherwise stated, all our products are available for delivery within two weeks. When an item's delivery time is longer than two weeks, this is explicitly stated on the product page.
To validate a rental request, we always ask you for a payment card valid for the duration of the rental, as well as an identity document, a pay slip (or proof of income, such as a tax notice) and proof of address where the equipment will be installed.
Yes, we deliver throughout France. We assemble our furniture ourselves in the Île-de-France region with our own team of expert delivery drivers. Outside of the Île-de-France region, we use service providers to assemble our furniture. For any specific requests, please write to us at hello@airnest.com.
Yes. If your order is confirmed, a security deposit equal to 5% of the item's value will be required before delivery. This deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period or upon purchase.
