Our service is available in mainland France. Outside of the Île-de-France region, we are not always able to assemble furniture.
If you have a project outside of the Île-de-France region, please write to us at hello@airnest.com so we can confirm the available delivery options.
To validate a rental request, it is essential to be able to provide the following documents:
- A valid ID document
- Proof of address
- Proof of income (pay slip, tax notice)
- A RIB
A deposit will also be required. This will be returned to you at the end of the rental period (except in the event of damage to the furniture that is not due to normal wear and tear).
Installation times are 15 days in the Île-de-France region. They can, of course, be longer if you wish.
An additional delay is possible for installations outside Île-de-France.
Your presence in the accommodation on the day of delivery is essential to open the door to our delivery drivers and to report any problems with the condition of the furniture.
You have 14 days to request a return (purchases and rentals).
In the context of a rental, if the request is after this date, you are then entering into the framework of an early termination of the rental.
No problem. We recommend booking the minimum length of your stay. Contact us as soon as you know more about extending your rental agreement. We'll adjust the rate downward for longer rentals.
You can buy the furniture you rent at any time.
Contact us at hello@airnest.com. We will email you a proposal based on the original price, less 80% of the rent already paid.
You have 4 options:
- Extend the rental period: we will adjust the rate to the total duration of your commitment with us (the future subscription amount will then be lower).
- Replacing certain parts: no problem, the service is free. Contact us to arrange the change.
- Purchase the items: we will make you a written offer to repurchase, equal to the initial price of the items less 90% of the rent already paid (excluding damage not related to normal wear and tear of the items).
- Return the items: we will collect your items free of charge within 10 working days maximum.
