FAQ
Currently, we only offer our service in Paris and the Paris region. Any requests outside of this area should be made via the contact form or by writing to us at hello@airnest.com. This may result in additional delivery charges and delays, which we will discuss with you.
Ultimately, we aim to cover all of metropolitan France.
To validate a subscription (rental), we only ask you for a payment card by default.
We will ask you for your bank details and proof of address. You will also be asked for a deposit, which will be returned to you at the end of the rental period (except in the case of marks on the furniture that are not due to normal wear and tear).
Please indicate your desired installation date in the comments section when placing your order. Delivery times are a minimum of 10 business days in the Paris region, and can be longer if desired.
A longer delay is possible for installations outside the Île-de-France region, and will be communicated to you in advance.
At the same time, we ask you to be present at the beginning and end of the rental, to open the door for us and so that you can sign a document detailing the condition of the furniture delivered to you.
When making a purchase, you have 14 days to request a return.
If you are renting, you have 14 days after moving in to request this. If the request is made after this date, you are then eligible for early termination of the rental.
No problem. We recommend booking the minimum length of your stay. Contact us as soon as you know more about extending your rental agreement. We'll adjust the rate downward for longer rentals.
You can buy the furniture you rent at any time.
Contact us at hello@airnest.com to let us know you're interested in purchasing them. We'll email you an offer based on the original purchase price of the furniture, less any rent already paid. If the furniture isn't new, you may receive a lower offer.
You have 4 options:
- Extend the rental period: We will adjust the rate to the total duration of your commitment with us (the future subscription amount will then be lower).
- Replacing certain parts: no problem, the service is free. Contact us to arrange the change.
- Buying the furniture: We will make you a written offer to buy back the furniture, equal to the original price of the furniture less the amount of rent already paid (excluding damage not related to normal wear and tear of the furniture). This amount may be lower if the rented furniture was not new.
- Returning the furniture: We will collect your furniture within 10 working days maximum. This is free, and allows us to extend the life of the furniture afterwards.
