How does it work?

Choose from the pieces in our catalog. One of our interior designers can help you make your selection.

STEP 2

Choose the subscription duration.

At any time, you can change the duration, exchange your items or purchase them permanently.

STEP 3

Indicate the installation date.

You don't have to do anything! We deliver and install the furniture within a minimum of 10 days.

STEP 4

You decide what happens next.

At the end of your subscription, we'll remove any unwanted items free of charge. They'll be repackaged and reused by other customers.

FAQ

For now, the service is only available in Paris and the Paris region, but we aim to quickly cover all of metropolitan France. Any requests outside of this area must be made via the contact form or by email at hello@airnest.com. Additional delivery fees and delivery times may apply.

Our delivery times are 10 working days (approximately 2 weeks), unless otherwise stated on the relevant product pages.

However, most household appliances can be delivered more quickly (2 to 4 working days) subject to payment of the deposit.

Delivery times are valid from the validation of the rental, after sending the supporting documents.

One to two weeks before the end of your subscription, our customer service will automatically contact you to find out your intentions (terminate the subscription, extend with or without commitment, purchase your furniture).

If you wish to terminate your subscription before the end of your contract, please contact us via the contact form or at hello@airnest.com. You will be charged an early termination fee. This corresponds to the difference in rent between the rental period and the initial commitment (with the exception of mattresses, see FAQ). The furniture will then be removed within one to two weeks, at a date that suits you best.

If you move during your subscription period, please let us know at hello@airnest.com so we can keep an up-to-date record of where our items are located. Please be careful when disassembling, transporting, and assembling furniture, as you are responsible for any damages incurred during the move.

If you'd like our team to handle the relocation of your Airnest items, please contact us at hello@airnest.com. Airnest will disassemble, transport, and reassemble items for a fixed fee of €299.

Yes, you can. All our products are available for purchase and rental. If you choose to rent, you can purchase one or more items at any time. To do so, contact us at hello@airnest.com. We will send you a proposal that will be at most equal to the purchase price of the furniture minus 80% of the rental payments already made. We may be able to offer you a lower price if the furniture is refurbished or has certain defects.
