No problem! Whether you want to extend or shorten your lease term, we'll recalculate your rent based on your new commitment. To change the lease term of your contract, contact us: our contact form is available here .
Renting is a personal commitment. Therefore, we must be able to verify your identity, the rental location, and your financial ability to pay the rent. Therefore, after your rental application, we will ask you for identification, proof of address, a pay slip (or proof of income), and a bank account number.
Yes, a security deposit will be required after your rental request has been validated. Payment is required for your order to be definitively accepted.
Don't panic, normal wear and tear on furniture and appliances is included in our rates. We simply ask that you treat them as if they were your own.
If an item is damaged more extensively, a deduction may be made from the deposit to cover the cost of repair. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the cost of repairing the damage, additional compensation may be required.
You have the right to change your mind. If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, you have 14 days to request this from our customer service team.

- Return the furniture: we collect the rented items within two weeks.
- Extend the rental period: the rental rate will be adjusted downwards to take into account the total duration of your commitment.

- Buy part or all of the furniture: the price you will be offered takes into account the age of your model and the rent already paid.
