Our equipment is guaranteed for the entire rental period. In the event of a breakdown, we will repair or replace your unit within a week.
Looking for a new model?
If you wish to change your model at the end of your commitment period, simply write to us at hello@airnest.com. Changing models is free of charge.
If you wish to change model before the end of your commitment period, an early return fee will apply. This fee is equal to the difference between the initial rental period and the actual rental period.
Have you fallen in love with an item you rent?
If you choose a 36-month rental period, you can purchase the item at the end of your commitment by paying 10% of its initial value.

Our appliances are new or reconditioned and come with a 2-year warranty.
You have 14 days from delivery of an item to notify us of your wish to return it. To do so, please write to us at hello@airnest.com.
Commitment period
The commitment period is the minimum length of time you commit to renting an item.
What happens at the end of the commitment period?
At the end of the commitment period, you can return your items free of charge at no extra cost.
By default, your lease is extended by tacit renewal for periods of one month.
What happens if you want to return an item before the end of the commitment period?
If you wish to return an item before the end of the commitment period, the rental amount is recalculated according to the actual rental period, so that you always pay the price that corresponds to the actual rental period.

This service is available throughout France. Unlike furniture and large appliances, it is currently only available in the Île-de-France region.
The items offered by Kazoo are reconditioned. They are systematically inspected before being rented out and are professionally reconditioned when necessary. Some marks may remain (paint chips, micro-scratches), but they are generally barely visible and do not affect the device's operation in any way.
No problem. Start by selecting your minimum stay length. You can then extend your rental as soon as you have more visibility. The rental rate will then be adjusted downward to reflect the new rental length. To change the rental length of your contract, contact us via the contact form or at hello@airnest.com.

If I decide to return my product: I clean it, I check that everything is present in the box (including accessories and instructions), I repack it the same way as on the outward journey so that it travels in good condition. To return the device, drop it off at a relay point for free. You can also request home collection for a fee of €15.
One to two weeks before the end of the rental period, our customer service will automatically contact you to find out what you wish to do (end the rental, extend the rental, purchase your devices).
