Delivery takes place in the room of your choice. It includes unpacking, furniture assembly and removal of packing cartons.
When all the items in your order are ready for delivery, our Logistics team will contact you to agree on a delivery date and timeframe.
Delivery generally takes less than two hours, and your presence is essential to open your home to our delivery drivers and report any non-conformity problems.
Delivery is free in Ile de France. In the provinces, delivery charges may apply depending on your postal code. They are calculated at the order validation stage.

Si vous souhaitez changer de modèle avant le terme de votre durée d’engagement, des frais de reprise anticipée s’appliquent. Ils correspondent à la différence de loyer entre le tarif de la durée d’engagement initiale et le tarif de la durée effective de location, de sorte que vous payez toujours le prix qui correspond à la durée réelle de location.
Vous disposez de 14 jours à compter de la livraison d’un article pour nous signifier votre souhait de le retourner. Pour cela, veuillez nous écrire à hello@airnest.com.
Passé ce délai, les retours entrent dans le cadre de la politique de retour anticipée.
Have you fallen in love with an item you rent?
If you choose a 36-month rental period, you can purchase the item at the end of your commitment by paying 10% of its initial value.

You have 14 days from delivery of an item to notify us of your wish to return it. To do so, please write to us at hello@airnest.com.
Commitment period
The commitment period is the minimum length of time you commit to renting an item.
What happens at the end of the commitment period?
At the end of the commitment period, you can return your items free of charge at no extra cost.
By default, your lease is extended by tacit renewal for periods of one month.
What happens if you want to return an item before the end of the commitment period?
If you wish to return an item before the end of the commitment period, the rental amount is recalculated according to the actual rental period, so that you always pay the price that corresponds to the actual rental period.
FAQ
For now, the service is only available in Paris and the Paris region, but we aim to quickly cover all of metropolitan France. Any requests outside of this area must be made via the contact form or by email at hello@airnest.com. Additional delivery fees and delivery times may apply.
Unless otherwise stated, all our products are available for delivery in the Île-de-France region within two weeks. When an item's delivery time is longer than two weeks, this is explicitly stated on the product page.
Yes, our prices include delivery and any work required to install the items, including DIY.
