No problem! Whether you wish to extend or shorten the duration of your rental, we will recalculate the rent based on your new commitment. To modify the rental duration of your contract, contact us: our contact form is available here.
Renting is a commitment that binds you personally. Therefore, we must be able to verify your identity, your place of residence, and your financial ability to meet rent payments. For this reason, upon submission of your rental application, we will require a piece of identification, proof of address, a pay stub (or proof of income), and a bank account details document (RIB).
Yes, a security deposit will be requested after your rental request has been validated. Its payment is essential for the order to be definitively accepted.
Don't panic, normal wear and tear of furniture or appliances is included in our rates. We simply ask that you treat them as if they were your own.
If an item sustains more significant damage, a deduction corresponding to the repair costs may be taken from the security deposit. If the security deposit amount is insufficient to cover the repair of the damages, additional compensation may be requested from you.
You have the right to change your mind. If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, you have a period of 14 days to request this from our customer service team.

- Purchase some or all of the furniture: the price offered will take into account the age of your item and the rent already paid.
