General

Airnest is a furniture distribution service designed around the principles of the circular economy. Our mission is to simplify the transition to more sustainable consumption patterns, without compromising on product quality or service flexibility. We offer a catalog of carefully selected pieces based on quality and durability criteria, available for purchase or rental for periods of 1 to 36 months.

The advantages of renting are numerous.

First, flexibility in case you're not sure you'll be staying in your home for a long time. And if you decide to stay longer, you can buy furniture during the rental period at any time.

Then there's the financial advantage. Buying furniture is expensive, time-consuming, and the logistics are complex. Reselling it is even more so, and we're often in a hurry when it comes to moving; the furniture is then often sold off or thrown away. With Airnest, you'll pay a fair price for what you use it for, nothing more.

Finally, the ecological value. Anything you don't want to keep is reused as much as possible by other customers, thus reducing the need to produce new furniture.

The service is available throughout France.

In Île de France, the service always includes delivery, assembly of furniture and collection of packaging.

Delivery is available outside the Île-de-France region, but we cannot always provide furniture assembly. For any specific requests, please contact us at hello@airnest.com.

In the case of a purchase:

- The furniture is new

- The mattresses are new

- The household appliances are reconditioned, guaranteed for 2 years, but are not new.

In the case of a rental:

- The mattresses are always new

- Except for mattresses, all items offered on our site are new or like-new. They are systematically checked before being rented out and are reconditioned by professional craftsmen when necessary. Some marks may remain (paint chips, micro-scratches), but they do not affect the use of the furniture.

The ordering process

No, this is a rental request.

Following your order, you will receive an email asking you to send us:

- your identity documents,

- your pay slip

- proof of address

- a RIB

Once these documents have been submitted, our team will validate your rental request. If your rental request is not validated, your initial order will be automatically refunded.

Following validation of your request, our team will contact you to organize the delivery of the items ordered.

To validate a rental request, we always ask you for a payment card valid for the duration of the rental, as well as an identity document, a pay slip (or proof of income, such as a tax notice) and proof of address where the equipment will be installed.

A deposit will also be required. This will be returned at the end of the rental period (except in the event of damage not due to normal wear and tear).

If your order is declined due to the unavailability of certain items or the refusal of the rental request, the order is canceled and you will be automatically refunded to the credit card used to pay for the order. This process generally takes a few business days.

Following the validation of your rental request, you will be asked to sign a direct debit mandate and pay the deposit. Upon receipt of the deposit, our Customer Service team will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time slot. On the day, our expert delivery drivers will contact you approximately 30 minutes before arriving at your destination.

The rental

You can choose a rental period of between 1 and 24 months, with the option to extend it. For some businesses, a 36-month rental is possible, subject to approval by our financial partner.

Yes, it is absolutely possible, but the rate applied is the same as for a one-month rental.

No problem. Start by selecting your minimum stay length. You can then extend your rental as soon as you have more visibility. The rental rate will then be adjusted downward to reflect the new rental length. To change the rental length of your contract, email us at hello@airnest.com.

To cancel your subscription before the end of the contract, contact us at hello@airnest.com to notify us as soon as possible. The rental amount will then be recalculated based on the actual rental period, and you will be asked to pay the difference. The furniture will then be removed within one to two weeks, on a date that suits you best.

You have 4 options:

- Extend the rental period: in this case, you don't have to do anything, the subscription is tacitly extended for periods of 1 month.

- Returning furniture: Email us at hello@airnest.com to arrange a collection date. Furniture is generally collected within one to two weeks.

- Exchanging certain items: This service is free. Contact us to make this request and arrange the exchange.

- Purchase some or all of the items: Contact us for any purchase request. The price you will be offered corresponds to the purchase price, less 80% of the rent already paid.

In any case, please contact us at hello@airnest.com to let us know your decision and coordinate a possible recovery.

Normal wear and tear of furniture (lightly stained fabrics, cat or dog hair) is included in the rental price. However, if an item is subject to more significant damage (torn, burned fabric, broken foot, etc.), a deduction corresponding to the cost of repair may be taken from the deposit. If the amount of the deposit is insufficient to cover the repair of the damage, additional compensation may be requested.

If you'd like to permanently purchase a leased item, please email us at hello@airnest.com. We'll make you an offer that takes into account the age of your model and any lease payments you've already made.

No, this is possible at any time. The subscription ends as soon as you purchase the furniture.

If you move during your rental, please let us know at hello@airnest.com so we can keep an up-to-date record of your items' address. Please take care when disassembling, transporting, and assembling furniture, as you are responsible for any damage during the move.

Delivery

Following your order, we will contact you by email or phone to schedule a delivery and installation date that best suits your needs. The minimum delivery time is usually two weeks. For shorter installation requests, please contact customer service at hello@airnest.com.

Delivery and assembly are free in Île de France.

This excludes:

- accommodation located on a 4th floor or above and without a lift or not in use, which gives rise to a supplement of €49 including tax for delivery and collection of the equipment.

- special needs, in particular the resumption of existing furniture or the need for a facade lift to bring the furniture into your home. These will be invoiced before delivery and subject to your agreement.

Outside of the Île-de-France region, delivery charges between €59 and €99 may apply. These charges are calculated in step 2 of the order confirmation process.

As part of a purchase, yes, no problem.

In the case of a rental, the delivery service must be handled by our professional partners. This minimizes the risk of damage to the furniture during this period.

Our service is available in France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

For other neighboring countries (Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Netherlands, Germany), do not hesitate to write to us at hello@airnest.com: we will study your request carefully.

Please let us know when ordering. The additional charge will be emailed to you by our customer service team before delivery. Installation or removal will be confirmed once this amount has been accepted and paid.

We do not accept old furniture for rental purposes, but if you wish to get rid of a piece of furniture, we encourage you to create an ad onour partner Geev 's website. Most donations are processed within 2 hours.

The payment(s)

We accept credit card payments and direct debits. Nickel prepaid cards are not accepted.

We accept payments from major credit card providers, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Nickel prepaid cards are not accepted.

The first month's rent is paid on the day you place your order on our website. Following delivery of the items, a monthly payment is set up. The payment date corresponds to the anniversary of the actual delivery of the products that make up your subscription. If you wish to change the payment date, please contact us at hello@airnest.com.

The security deposit protects us in the event of damage to rental items. It is returned to you at the end of the rental period, except in the case of damage that does not correspond to normal wear and tear of the furniture.

Write to us at hello@airnest.com. We will quickly update your payment method.

If the account for which you have given a direct debit mandate is no longer active, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at hello@airnest.com . A link to set up a new direct debit mandate will be sent to you. Otherwise, the Company reserves the right to pass on any costs incurred as a result of a direct debit rejection.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with one of the items ordered and wish to return it, you have 14 days to make a request to our customer service.

You have 14 days to request a return (purchases and rentals).

In the context of a rental, if the request is after this date, you are then entering into the framework of an early termination of the rental.

The refund is equal to the total of your initial payment if the product shows no signs of wear.

If this is not the case, you are then eligible for a partial refund, the amount of which will be communicated to you after verification of the condition of the items.

The costs are our responsibility in the case of purchases, and in the case of rentals in Île-de-France.

The guarantees

When purchasing a product, all our products are guaranteed for at least two years against manufacturing defects. Longer warranties are listed on the product pages. Please notify us of any issues within one month of discovering them.
